Clara offers therapy grounded in movement, art, and experiential process. Felt experience, dance, ceramics, and creativity weave into Clara’s counseling work, inviting bodies to respond in their own ways and honoring the intuition and wisdom already present in each being.
A first-generation American with a background steeped in movement, curiosity, and resourcefulness, Clara draws from a lifelong relationship with nature, making, and meaning. Practices through ceramics, biking, climbing, cooking, and everyday gestures of tending and play support Clara’s presence in the room and offer capacity for contact and connection.
Clara meets beings with warmth, humor, steadiness, and attention to sensation, story, and gesture. Understanding grows through shared orientation, noticing and exploring, rather than press through thoughts alone. This approach supports trauma-informed and culturally responsive care while staying grounded in real relationship.
Clara’s intention is to accompany beings toward steadiness, expression, dignity, and well-being that is grounded in lived experience and supported through bodyful connection, creativity, and movement.
