offerings

rooted in wheels, cycles of being

shared and individual healing

Clara’s offerings are grounded in movement, art, experiential, and collaborative process. Sessions may include conversation, creative making, quiet noticing, or gentle time outdoors, depending on what supports presence and reflection. Practices like biking, skating, ceramics, climbing, drawing, and movement can accompany experiences, bringing awareness into the whole body and open space for connection.

This therapy follows the rhythms of cycles and wheels, inviting beings to move between internal and external supports, and between individual and shared experience. Progress may evoke a calmer body, clearer expression, steadier choices, or more ease in communication at home, school, or work. Like truing a wheel or tuning an instrument, therapy becomes a practice of exploring awareness, attention, adjustment, alignment, presence, and balance over time.
