  • Clara offers therapy that integrates movement, art, and experiential process, weaving somatic tracking, dance, ceramics, and creative exploration into counseling. This therapy centers on contact and connection, supporting trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, collaboratively tuning an already present intuition, resilience, and wisdom for every body.

Sessions may include conversation, making art, movement or gentle outdoor experience, depending on what arises and supports reflection. Wheel Therapy is an experiential offering that may include biking, skating, ceramics, or other creative and adventure-based processes that bring somatic awareness into being.

Progress is noticed in everyday ways: calmer bodies, clearer expression and choice, ease in communication at home, school, or work, and more access to internal and community supports. Like truing a wheel, therapy can be a practice of attention and self care, a way of listening inward, finding alignment, and allowing balance to return over time.

  • Education includes a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Somatics emphasis, CACREP accredited) and an Education Specialist (EdS) degree in Experiential Counseling from Prescott College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with minors in Sculpture, Dance, and Psychology from SUNY Purchase. Training includes conflict mediation and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level 1 completed; Level 2 in progress). Services available in English, Spanish (Hablo español), and Russian (Я говорю по-русски).
